What you will find:
Whether you’re single, married, single again, with or without children – no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, we invite you to experience the difference here. We hope this page will assist you in visiting for the first time.
Together, we strive to become the kind of church described in the Bible, where there is relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need.
In short, we’d like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire community, one life at a time. So, whether you are a spiritual seeker who is just starting to ask questions about God, or a committed Christian who wants to sink the roots of your faith even deeper, you can find your home here at LifeSong Baptist Church. You will find that this is a place where you really matter, because you matter to God.
Parking in front of the church, along the sides and additional parking in the back, as well as a covered drop-off area in the back for inclement weather.
If you are attending LifeSong for the first time, please use the front entry of the sanctuary. There will be someone waiting to welcome you. Weekly bulletins are available in the foyer on the table.
Sunday school begins at 9:30 am with classes for all ages. Only during the school season do we have two Worship Services. Early service at 8:30 am and second service at 10:30 am. A nursery is available for children up to 3 years old. One of the greeters would be more than happy to show where. Children’s Church is available for kids 5 years old through 3rd grade and we do have a toddler class. We like for children to be in the sanctuary for the song service then are dismissed right before the sermon.
Our worship service meets in the sanctuary. You may sit anywhere. We do ask for any first time visitors to our church to our church and an usher will bring you a visitor’s card. Normally collection is offered following the last congregational song. We do not ask that our visitors give for the expenses of our church, but we would like to know more about you, so we ask that you place the visitors card in the plate at this time.
You can expect to hear a sermon from the Word of God following the song service. If you have a personal Bible, you will probably want to bring it to follow along.
We have no dress code and we do not turn people away based on how they are dressed at any of our services, just be respectful of others. You’ll find people wearing jeans and casual wear. God doesn’t look at the person’s clothing, but their heart.
